What to expect at your appointment
At your first appointment to Michigan Neuropathy Center you can expect to begin the process of understanding your specific condition. You will start by filling out our new patient paperwork at home or in the office. Dr. Mark Koldenhoven will review your paperwork, talk with you about your medical history and perform an exam. The exam includes a metabolic evaluation, 16 point sensory exam and an orthopedic evaluation. We use this first visit to gather all the necessary information. We will schedule your next appointment for a report of findings and provide medical recommendations. If you are a candidate for the neuropathy program we will discuss what the treatment for you and your specific situation will look like.
